Babysitter

I'm looking for consistent part-time care about 8 hours per week. Ideally, this would include 2-3 short weekday shifts (about 2 hours each) and one longer weekend shift (about 4 hours). Weekday care would allow me time for the gym, while weekend care would give me some personal time. I'm looking for someone dependable, comfortable caring for multiple children of different ages, and interested in becoming a consistent caregiver for our family rather than an occasional sitter. Some flexibility with days/times would be appreciated.
