Nanny Needed

We are looking for help with our 3 kids - we have an almost 2yo and 3mo twins. We will need recurring help on Mondays for one of the babies - I work from home and the other 2 would be in daycare. We will also need help some during weekends and some weeknights when my husband is working late. Light Housework would be helpful - dishes, laundry, tidying up. Reliable car is a must, semi flexible schedule would be helpful but not necessary, experience and references would be great.
