Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

Two physician household with variable work hours. About 3-4 days/week would need someone to pick up our son from school (3PM) and provide childcare until 7 p.m. Some days will be taking him to activities and sports in town and other will be watching him at home. Would appreciate someone to supplement education but also engage with his playtime activities (riding his bike, building things, and making crafters). We have a 2-year-old Husky at home that is friendly but is trained.
