Final Clean is a family-owned new construction cleaning company proudly serving many of the top home builders throughout the St. Louis area. We specialize in post-construction cleaning, helping transform newly built homes into move-in ready spaces.
We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in attention to detail and enjoy working as part of a small team.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday.
- 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM.
- Daily hours may vary depending on workload.
What We Offer:
- Company vehicles provided from the office.
- Paid drive time.
- Performance review and raise at 90 days and 1 year.

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed post-construction cleaning in newly built homes.
- Remove construction dust and debris.
- Clean fixtures, cabinets, floors, bathrooms, and other surfaces.
- Ensure every home meets Final Clean's quality standards.
- Work safely and efficiently as part of a team.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds (vacuums, mop buckets, cleaning supplies, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Cleaning experience or willingness to learn.
- Positive attitude and adaptability in changing work environments.
- Ability to work well with one to two teammates.
- Good communication skills.
- Dependable transportation to the office.
