Operator trained to load a part safely, start the machine cycle and remove the part when completed. Perform a visual quality inspection of the part. Notify the supervisor or lead of any issues
Operate all CNC Equipment (mills/lathes)
Complete necessary product quality inspections and documentation
Place completed parts in the appropriate container
How to use the Emergency-stop in the event of a machine malfunction or unusual noise
Must maintain quality & productivity objectives in single and multiple equipment operation
Capable of learning how to report daily production in M3
Must be trainable in the use of precise measuring equipment & quality inspection.
Must be able to comprehend product identification and quality standards
M&G Code experience
Programming experience helpful
