CNC Laser Operator
Location: Spring Valley, IL
Pay: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Express Employment Professionals of Ottawa & Morris is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Laser Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Spring Valley, IL.
Job Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC laser equipment safely and efficiently
  • Fix and secure parts to jigs and fixtures
  • Perform spot welding as needed
  • Conduct visual inspections and quality control checks
  • Follow air filter production processes and visual checklists
  • Complete computer logging and production documentation
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Identify and report quality or production issues
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of CNC, manufacturing, or related production experience preferred
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and observation skills
  • Ability to follow work instructions, checklists, and quality standards
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
