ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2024 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 20 years as a top-performing B2B sales professional before being recruited by State Farm. I'm an Ole Miss graduate, a proud mom of two little boys, and family is at the heart of everything I do.

Giving back to the community is one of my passions. I'm actively involved with the Chamber of Commerce and am a strong supporter of children's education and literacy. Our agency regularly stocks local schools, police stations, and fire stations with coloring books for kids to help brighten their day.

As a Customer Service Representative with Jaime Garner - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. 
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
