Licensed Insurance Agent Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8AM-5PM
- Pay Rate: $43,000-$65,000/annually
- Direct Hire Opportunity
Licensed Insurance Agent Job Description:
- Manage communication with existing clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist customers with billing, policy, premium, and renewal inquiries
- Route complex account issues to the appropriate team members when necessary
- Support clients throughout the claims process and provide timely updates
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activity within company systems
- Build strong client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and support
- Review policies with clients and help identify coverage solutions that meet their needs
Licensed Insurance Agent Job Requirements:
- Active Virginia Property & Casualty Insurance License required
- 1+ year of Property & Casualty insurance experience required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts while maintaining attention to detail
- Professional, dependable, and committed to delivering outstanding client service
