Position: Lead Maintenance Technician
Location: Sherman, Texas 75092
Pay: $24.00
Hours: M-F 9am to 6pm
Position Summary
ASAP Personnel is seeking a qualified Lead Maintenance Technician to support apartment communities while delivering exceptional service, professionalism, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors.
• Diagnose HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Manage service requests and apartment turns.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Maintain inventory and supplies.
• Coordinate emergency repairs.
• Train maintenance team members.
• Inspect property for safety concerns.
• Oversee contractors.
• Ensure OSHA and EPA compliance.
Qualifications
• Relevant apartment industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license where applicable.
• EPA Certification and HVAC experience.
• Your own tools are required.
Preferred Qualifications
• Apartment industry experience strongly preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
