About the Role:

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as a Weekend Food Expo at Wow! Zone Family Entertainment Center in Mankato, MN. 

The Expo or Expeditor serves as a critical link between the kitchen and the dining area, ensuring that all dishes are prepared and delivered to guest in a timely and accurate manner. The expo plays a pivotal role in maintaining the flow of service.
 
Responsibilities:

• Inspect each dish before it leaves the kitchen, checking for presentation, accuracy and portion size
• Act as the main point of contact between kitchen staff and servers
• Maintain a clean and organized area
• Follow all safety procedures to prevent accidents and injures
• Ensure that all guests receive their meals as ordered
• Friday - Sunday availability - daytime/evenings

Requirements:

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality and presentation
