Business Development Rep / Account Manager

Must have experience working directly in the staffing or Contract Labor industry operations, sales experience in B2B (business to business).

Ability to meet sales targets and production goals

Familiarity with industry's rules and regulations 

Excellent organizational skills 

Results driven and customer focused

Quality Leadership and Communication skills 

Must be willing to work over the road and in the office 

Must have the ability to use MS Excel & Microsoft Word. 

Ability to be appropriately aggressive in sales, resulting in new business acquisition.
