Insulation Salesperson

Black Oak is seeking a full-time Salesperson. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for developing relationships with builders, getting plans from builders to price, and maintaining the relationship through many years and projects to come. 

The ideal candidate will have strong people skills, experience in Construction, can carry a conversation, represents themselves professionally, and works well as part of a team, who resides in the area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Approach new builders to add to our growing customer base
• Be able to find the correct person to talk with to further a GC/Subcontractor relationship
• Get plans to bid back to the estimating team
• Find and chase down new builder leads
• Communicate well with others
• Maintain customer relationships while finding and building others
• Have a strong work ethic and moral compass
