**Join Our Team as a Dynamic CT Tech with X-Ray Responsibilities!** **Job Description:** - **General Overview:** - Seeking a skilled and motivated Imaging/Radiologic Technologist to provide exceptional care and expert technical procedures utilizing ionizing radiation. - This is an exciting opportunity for an independent thinker to produce high-quality radiography for diagnostic and treatment purposes. - **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform both CT and X-Ray examinations with precision. - Utilize proper technical factors to generate clear radiographs and evaluate each film for optimal exposure and positioning. - Schedule exams and provide thorough instructions to patients on exam preparations. - Organize and set up rooms for all radiographic procedures. - **Accountability:** - Report directly to the Imaging Services Manager, ensuring adherence to protocol and patient care excellence. - **Special Demands:** - **Mental:** - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with employees, physicians, visitors, patients, families, and administration. - Ability to handle diverse personalities and adapt to varying job situations requiring independent decision-making and problem-solving skills. - Maintain patient confidentiality and deliver quality service while being sensitive to the needs of patients and co-workers. - **Physical:** - Flexibility to work in dynamic conditions and possess the manual dexterity needed to operate advanced equipment. - Capability to lift and move patients with or without assistance. - Agility for frequent position changes and the ability to maintain visual and hearing acuity for effective patient communication. - Participate in activities involving stooping, standing, bending, and moderate lifting. - **Qualifications:** - Education: Graduate with ARRT Registry. - Minimum Years of Experience: 3 years. - Certifications/Requirements: - BLS/BCLS - ARRT(R) - ARRT(CT) **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
