Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide high-quality physical therapy services in compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. This role entails patient evaluation, the development of personalized treatment plans, and the delivery of direct therapy aimed at restoring function and mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop and regularly update treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians according to practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and engage with patients' families.
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Possession of an active state Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Strong abilities in communication, documentation, and clinical practice.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
