Caregiver Needed

I need senior care provider with experience for Tuesday evenings. Hours would be 6:30-9:30 p.m. while I am at choir practice. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Mobility Assistance, Feeding. Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required. Personal care required, including feeding. My dad has Parkinsons Disease and has recently undergone some cardiac procedures. He's currently in a wheelchair , but can use a walker when needed. He may need help getting to the bathroom, although he can pull himself out of the chair to get onto the toilet, May be needed for additional evenings in December.
