Salesperson

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Salesperson to join our team. The Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers, generating new business, preparing quotes, following up on leads, and helping customers select products and services that best meet their needs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with potential and existing customers by phone, email, and in person.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products, services, pricing, and availability.
• Generate new leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Follow up with leads, estimates, and prospective customers.
• Prepare and present quotes and sales proposals.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, quotes, sales, and follow-up activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Work with management and other team members to ensure customer orders are completed accurately.
• Meet or exceed established sales goals.
• Resolve customer questions or concerns professionally and promptly.
• Stay knowledgeable about company products, pricing, promotions, and industry trends.
• Assist with marketing and business-development efforts when needed.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
• Ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn company products and explain them clearly to customers.
• Professional, dependable, and results-oriented.
• Valid driver's license preferred if customer visits or outside sales are required.
