General Manager

 Typical HOTWORX General Manager duties

• Drive membership sales, revenue, and studio growth
• Give tours, follow up with leads, and close memberships
• Recruit, train, coach, and manage staff
• Build a strong, energetic studio culture
• Handle scheduling, payroll, inventory, reporting, and daily operations
• Develop local marketing, social media, community partnerships, and events
• Improve member retention and overall customer experience
• Work roughly 40–45 hours/week, often including some evenings or Saturdays

HOTWORX is a 3D infrared fitness studio that combines infrared heat with high-intensity, low-impact workouts. Members exercise in private infrared saunas while completing virtual-led workouts such as cycling, yoga, Pilates, barre, and HIIT. The concept is designed to provide an efficient, 15-minute workout using infrared heat and exercise.
