Payroll Specialist

We are currently recruiting for a Payroll Specialist opportunity with a leading healthcare organization in New York, NY.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Position Overview

The Payroll Specialist will process and enter payroll using ADP Workforce, reconcile payroll information, make adjustments, research discrepancies, and maintain accurate and confidential payroll records.

Requirements

• 3+ years of payroll experience
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce
• Experience processing and reconciling payroll
• Strong Excel and computer skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential information
