About the Role:
Spence Chiropractic Corporation APC is looking for a motivated and organized Front Desk and Personal Injury Admin to join our growing team in San Diego, CA. This is a dynamic role where you'll be the welcoming face of our practice at times and also doing back office tasks - supporting critical personal injury case administration. If you thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment and love helping people, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients, managing front desk operations with professionalism and warmth
- Answer and direct incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Handle personal injury case documentation, including liens, attorney correspondence, and medical records requests
- Coordinate with attorneys, insurance adjusters, and third-party payers on personal injury claims
- Verify patient insurance benefits and obtain necessary authorizations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient files in the practice management system
- Process billing, co-pays, and assist with accounts receivable for personal injury cases
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
