Pay: $22.50 – $26.00 per hour

Location: In person (Routes serve Rockland County & Westchester, NY)

Schedule: 10-hour shifts (approx. 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM), 4 days/week (Shifts available 7 days a
week, with overtime opportunities)

About the Role
Starli Destinations LLC is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) dedicated to
delivering smiles across Rockland and Westchester counties every day. We are
looking for reliable, safety-minded, and customer-focused Delivery Associates
(DAs) to join our growing team. No commercial driver’s license (CDL) is required—we provide the vehicle, fuel, uniform, and paid hands-on training to set you up for success. DOT-certified
drivers and box truck operators are also strongly encouraged to apply!

Key Responsibilities

·        Safe Driving: Operate company delivery vans safely, adhering strictly to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies.

·        On-Time Delivery: Deliver packages accurately to residential and commercial locations along designated routes.

·        Device Navigation: Utilize handheld smart devices for GPS navigation, barcode scanning, customer communication, and route tracking.

·        Vehicle Care: Conduct routine pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, keeping company vans clean, fueled, and road-ready.

·        Active Movement: Load, organize, and transport packages up to 50 lbs, comfortably getting in and out of the van and navigating stairs throughout the shift.

Qualifications & Requirements

·        Must be at least 21 years of age

·        Must possess a valid driver’s license (CDL not required)

·        Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

·        Ability to handle physical workloads (lifting up to 50 lbs and continuous movement)

·        For Box Truck Routes: Must obtain certification within 30 days of employment (employer-paid training and testing provided)
