Job Description
2nd Shift: Schedule TBD — $22.04/hour
Overtime may be required.
- Paint wood products and doors using various painting methods
- Operate or work around paint booths and production equipment
- Inspect products for quality and finish
- Assist with door assembly, machining, material handling, staging, and packaging
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
- Previous painting experience preferred, including wood, residential/commercial, or industrial painting
- Familiarity with paint booths is a plus
- Manufacturing, woodworking, or warehouse experience is helpful
- Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and ability to work Monday–Friday
