Team Members and Shift Leaders

We are hiring for both Team Member and Shift Leader positions in Savannah and Pooler stores. Role Responsibilities

Team Members

• Welcome guests warmly and assist them in selecting recipes tailored to their fitness and wellness goals.
• Measure, blend, and serve premium, custom smoothies accurately and quickly.
• Operate the POS system, process transactions, and maintain an organized cash drawer.
• Maintain clean prep stations, wash equipment, and follow health, food safety, and sanitation protocols.
• Stock retail shelves, prep ingredients, and restock supplies throughout the shift.

Shift Leaders (All Team Member duties, plus):

• Supervise daily floor operations, ensuring speed of service, recipe consistency, and brand standards.
• Open and close the store according to company checklists, including safe and register management.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members during shifts.
• Manage mid-shift breaks, task delegation, and immediate guest feedback.

Qualifications

• Team Member: Age 16+ (depending on local labor laws); friendly attitude, strong communication skills, and reliability. No previous experience required—we provide full training!
• Team Lead: Age 18+; 1+ year of customer service, quick-service restaurant (QSR), or retail leadership experience preferred. Strong leadership, organization, and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, and move quickly for extended periods.
