Shingle Roofing, Siding and Carpentry Service Technician

Job description:

All American Exterior Solutions is looking for a dependable, skilled technician to join our growing team. We service residential, HOA, apartment, and light commercial clients. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in the quality of their work, shows up on time, and communicates professionally with customers.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance work, including but not limited to:

• Shingle Roofing Repair Tech (Strong skills with leak detection)
• Siding
• Carpentry

Additional responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Follow all safety standards and company procedures

Requirements

• 5+ years of roofing, siding, carpentry maintenance experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to speak, read, and write English
• Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and background check

Compensation is based on experience and will be discussed during the interview process.
