About the Role:
A Daughters Love Inc is looking for a compassionate and dedicated On Call RN to join their caring team in Staples, MN. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of patients and families who need skilled nursing support when it matters most. Responsibilities:
- Respond to on-call nursing needs and provide timely, skilled patient care as required
- Conduct patient assessments and monitor changes in health status
- Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions per care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care team members regarding patient conditions
- Document patient care activities accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota
- Current CPR/BLS certification required
- Previous experience in home health, hospice, or community nursing preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and respond promptly during on-call hours
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and families
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the Staples, MN area
