Medical Transporter

Job description:

Pay: $25/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week | Contract
Location: Onsite | Modesto, CA

Insync Consulting is seeking a Sterile Processing Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of Sterile Processing during a renovation period. This role will help coordinate the movement and flow of case carts, instruments, and vendor trays between designated hospital and sterile processing locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation of case carts, instruments, and vendor trays.
• Support instrument flow between the main hospital, mobile processing unit, Spanos Court SPD, and STCH.
• Coordinate with Sterile Processing, OR, and ancillary departments.
• Maintain timely and dependable workflows to support surgical readiness.
• Follow established procedures and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to work onsite across designated hospital and sterile processing locations.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Previous hospital, Sterile Processing, materials management, or healthcare administrative experience preferred.
