Sabal Springs is a vibrant 55+ community featuring golf, tennis, pickleball, dining, and year-round social events. We are seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to lead restaurant and bar operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences and building a strong service culture.

Position Summary

The Front of House Manager oversees daily restaurant and bar operations, supervises servers and bartenders, ensures compliance with food safety and alcohol regulations, manages inventory and cost controls, and maintains high service standards. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on guest satisfaction, team development, and operational excellence.

Top 8 Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant or bar management/supervisory experience
• Experience leading servers and bartenders in a high-volume environment
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktail service
• Experience with POS systems (Aloha preferred)
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Knowledge of alcohol service laws, food safety, sanitation, and OSHA standards
• Strong guest service, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• ServSafe certification and ability to meet Florida alcohol service requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily front-of-house restaurant, bar operations
• Supervise, train, and coach service staff
• Schedule employees entertainment and support special events
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Monitor service quality, reception/ waitlist and guest satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations
• Oversee cash handling and daily reconciliations
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and ambiance standards

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Work indoors and outdoors as needed
