Sunland Park Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is actively hiring Automotive Service Technicians to join our growing service department. We are looking for dependable, motivated technicians who take pride in quality repairs, diagnostics, and exceptional customer service.

Compensation: $80,000–$140,000+ annually, based on experience, certifications, productivity, and other qualifying factors.

CDJR dealership experience is preferred. ASE Certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles according to manufacturer and dealership standards
• Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs using specialized tools and equipment
• Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently
• Communicate repair recommendations with Service Advisors
• Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
• Maintain accurate repair documentation and deliver quality workmanship
• Participate in manufacturer training to stay current with new vehicle technology

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of automotive technician experience preferred
• CDJR dealership experience preferred
• ASE Certification preferred but not required
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
• Experience using diagnostic equipment, lifts, alignment equipment, A/C machines, and other shop equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license required
