Private In-Home Direct Support Professional $30.00 per Hour

| Full-Time and Part-Time | Long-Term | Woodstock, CT

We are looking for dependable, patient, and consistent caregivers to support an adult male in a structured private home setting. This is an active, engaging role. He enjoys walking, staying busy, and being out in the community so you must be comfortable being on your feet. Bring your walking shoes.

This is a 2:1 support role. You will always work alongside another team member.

SHIFTS AVAILABLE:

First/Second/Third Shift Full &Part Time and Per Diam Positions available

| Mandatory rotating weekends

| Limited openings

DUTIES:

Hands-on support with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, hygiene, and grooming Meal preparation and maintaining a clean organized home environment Follow structured daily routines and provide consistent supervision Encourage independence with basic life skills Calm and consistent redirection and support as needed Community outings and transportation using client vehicle Complete all shift documentation before leaving

REQUIREMENTS:

Valid driver's license required Reliable, punctual, and consistent Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred but not required CPR, First Aid, and PMT certification required or willingness to obtain upon hire
