customer service / insurance office

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to become a part of our organization!  This is a customer facing position that will be greeting the public as they walk in the door and also on the phone. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills along with a passion for customer service. 

Responsibilities:

• Processing payments
• Taking information to initiate claims 
• Gathering information for quoting purposes
• Be able to evaluate client needs in order to direct them to the appropriate staff
• Support licensed producers in all aspects of servicing our current accounts

Qualifications:

• Highschool diploma or equivalent required 
• Previous experience in insurance, or related fields is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Basic office computer and phone skills
