Location: This is a fully on-site position in Tonawanda, NY, offering the opportunity to work closely with the attorney and team in a collaborative small-office environment.

Note: Prior real estate paralegal experience is required. Candidates must have at least 1 year of directly relevant real estate paralegal experience.

Job Description

  • Support attorneys throughout residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing.
  • Prepare, review, organize, and maintain real estate transaction documents and closing materials.
  • Coordinate deadlines, documentation, communications, and other details necessary to keep transactions moving forward.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, lenders, title professionals, and other parties involved in transactions.
  • Help ensure documents are accurate, complete, compliant, and ready for timely closings.
  • Track multiple transactions and competing deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
  • Provide proactive administrative and legal support to help deliver a smooth, client-focused closing experience.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of real estate paralegal experience.
  • Experience supporting real estate transactions and closings.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional, dependable, responsive, and client-service oriented.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven legal environment.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Tonawanda, NY.
