Our stylists are trained in both traditional lash application techniques and Purple Light Lash technology, giving our team the opportunity to learn and work with some of the newest innovations in the lash industry.

What You’ll Do

As a Lash Stylist, you will:

• Perform luxury lash extension services using traditional and Purple Light application techniques
• Perform lash lifts, tinting, threading, and brow services
• Provide personalized consultations and customized Guest experiences
• Build meaningful Guest relationships through exceptional service and communication
• Educate Guests on memberships, aftercare, products, and services
• Follow high standards for lash health, safety, sanitation, and application
• Maintain a beautiful, clean, and luxurious salon environment
• Participate in ongoing training, advanced education, certification, and professional development
• Contribute to a positive, supportive, and high-performing team
• Deliver an exceptional experience that keeps Guests coming back

• Is licensed or newly licensed in the applicable beauty field
• Has a passion for beauty, lashes, and creating exceptional Guest experiences
• Is eager to learn and develop their technical skills
• Takes pride in their work and attention to detail
• Has excellent communication and customer service skills
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Is dependable, professional, and motivated to grow
• Is excited about learning new techniques and technology

Experience with lash extensions is a plus, but we are committed to training the right candidate.
