About the Role:
A Daughters Love INC is looking for compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team in Staples, MN! This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who need it most. If you have a heart for helping others, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily physical activities
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe, clean living environment
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors
- Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans
Requirements:
- Previous caregiving, home health aide, or personal care assistant (PCA) experience preferred
- Genuine compassion and patience when working with clients
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow care plan instructions
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
