Site Safety Representative

NOW HIRING: SITE SAFETY REPRESENTATIVE

Location: Abilene, TX
Pay: $25.00 per hour

KS Staffing Group is currently hiring a Site Safety Representative for a data center construction project in Abilene, Texas.

Position Responsibilities

• Monitor daily job-site safety and ensure compliance with company and OSHA requirements.
• Conduct routine safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Communicate safety expectations to employees and subcontractors.
• Assist with toolbox talks, safety meetings, and incident reporting.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices.
• Help maintain a safe and compliant data center construction site.
• Report safety concerns and assist management with corrective actions.

Required Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification – REQUIRED
• First Aid & CPR certification – REQUIRED
• Previous construction or job-site safety experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in an active construction/data center environment.
• Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screening.
• Must be dependable and able to maintain a strong safety presence on-site.

Important Project Information

• $25.00/hour
• Local position – no per diem
• Housing provided
• Data center construction job site
• Must be available to work the project schedule as required
