Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pm

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr 

Location: Moraine, Ohio 45439

Experience: 2 years +; sit-down forklift experience preferred

Forklift Operator - Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to navigate the facility and move materials between departments.

• Prepare, stage, stretch-wrap, and label outbound shipments to match paperwork.

• Load and unload trailers, verifying item counts and ensuring incoming/outgoing cargo is damage-free.

• Maintain paperwork accuracy and deliver documents to designated departments.

• Distribute production supplies (boxes, tape, bags) and handle waste/recycling removal throughout the plant.

• Maintain clean, organized work areas using 6S Lean standards and product quality certification requirements.

Forklift Operator - Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience operating various fork trucks and material handling equipment.

• Strong commitment to safety regulations, team orientation, and adaptability to change.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently, stand/walk throughout shift, and navigate production environments.

• Close attention to detail for verifying shipments and maintaining quality standards.
