🗣️ Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – 26-Week Contract

🏥 Position: Speech-Language Pathologist
Shift: Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
📅 Contract: 47 weeks
💰 Guaranteed Hours: 40/week
👥 Patient Population: All ages

 

✅ Required License / Certification

  • Documentation and charging in a therapy EMR

👶 Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients of all ages
  • Collect case histories from patients, families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals
  • Select and administer appropriate evaluation procedures
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care
  • Evaluate speech and feeding-related impairments
  • Assess feeding and swallowing function
  • Provide home-program education
  • Coordinate treatment with pediatric PT/OT
  • Complete daily EMR documentation and charging
  • Participate in clinical education and professional development
