Join a Leading Pediatric Healthcare Team
We're seeking an experienced CT Technologist for an exciting travel opportunity with a respected pediatric healthcare facility in Massachusetts. This role is ideal for a highly skilled imaging professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
In this position, you'll perform advanced CT imaging procedures while supporting diagnostic excellence across both scheduled and emergency cases. Candidates must be comfortable assisting with General X-Ray duties when needed.
What You'll Do- Perform high-quality CT examinations in accordance with departmental protocols and physician orders
- Review imaging requisitions and evaluate the appropriateness of ordered examinations
- Obtain patient histories and explain procedures to patients and families
- Ensure patient safety through proper identification using established hospital protocols
- Administer and monitor imaging procedures while maintaining image quality standards
- Assist with General X-Ray procedures as needed
- Utilize EPIC and radiology systems to document and manage patient information
- Maintain compliance with quality assurance, radiation safety, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
β Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience
β Minimum 1 year of Pediatric experience required
β Active Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist License
β Current ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) Certifications
β Current BLS Certification
β Proficiency with IV placement and contrast administration
β Experience with radiology applications and hospital information systems
β Ability to work nights, weekends, and flexible schedules based on department needs
β Willingness to assist in General X-Ray when required
β Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to patient-centered care
