Job Summary
CT Technologist in a healthcare facility. This position involves providing safe, effective, and age-appropriate diagnostic imaging services, primarily focusing on computed tomography procedures. The role demands independence, technical proficiency, and strong communication skills to ensure quality patient care and accurate imaging results.

Job Details

  • Required Qualifications: Graduate of an American Medical Association (AMA) approved School of Radiology Technology; minimum of 1 year experience in Radiology; ARRT Radiography certification; ARRT Computed Tomography certification; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; must demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to operate all work stations associated with the CT department; and must possess the ability to function independently and under pressure.
  • Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week, working Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM.
  • Additional Information: Responsible for setting up equipment, positioning patients, obtaining clinical histories, maintaining radiation safety, and ensuring quality images. Demonstrates proficiency with loading and operating power injection, adhering to safety protocols, and documenting thoroughly. Will perform patient transport, assist in emergencies, restock supplies, and maintain departmental standards.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Philips CT equipment, Epic electronic health record system, and AGFA Picture Archiving and Communications System (PACS).
  • Submission Requirements: Candidates must be available to start on 09/07/2026 and work through 12/07/2026, with availability for on-call if required.
