Snow Shoveler

Our client, an industrial maintenance organization, is seeking a Snow Shoveler to join their team. As a Snow Shoveler, you will be part of the Facilities team supporting property upkeep and equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate will have problem-solving skills, reliability, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Snow Shoveler

Location: Negaunee, MI

Pay Rate: $18.00 per Hour

Shift: 4:30/5:00 AM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Assist with seasonal snow removal
• Perform daily route for shoveling entrances and sidewalks for commercial buildings
• Drive pickup trucks, snow blowers, scoop, shovel, and other equipment
• Help maintain equipment, including greasing fittings for preventative maintenance
• Operate equipment and machinery safely and efficiently

What's Needed?

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
• Strong organizational skills for activities across multiple properties
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including digging, lifting, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Willingness to perform a variety of tasks and adapt to changing priorities
