About this job

C&S has an immediate opening for a full-time Accounting Clerk in Eldon, Missouri.

Salary/hours for Accounting Clerk: $19/hr.; Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m.(4-5 days/week)

Responsibilities:

Processing freight billing and related documentation
Calculating and applying fuel surcharges
Tracking and reconciling mileage and fuel data
Entering and maintaining accurate records
Supporting general accounting-related tasks
Ensuring accuracy while working with multiple reports and spreadsheets

Must be proficient in billing platforms with US Bank, BluJay, Kenco, e2Open
Strong attention to detail
Must live within 30minute radius of Eldon
Comfortable working with numbers and data
Accounting background or experience preferred (or strong aptitude with math)
Proficient with computers; Excel experience a plus
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
