Lamination Technician

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Thursday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Overtime as Required

Penmac Staffing is hiring a Lamination Technician for a manufacturing client. This position involves applying fiberglass and resin to molds, inspecting quality, and working safely in a production environment.

Requirements for the Lamination Technician

Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Basic math skills
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Reliable attendance and attention to detail

Lamination Technician Responsibilities

Prepare molds and parts for production
Apply fiberglass and resin to molds
Roll out air pockets using hand tools and rollers
Mix resin and catalyst according to specifications
Measure laminate thickness and inspect finished products
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Perform other duties as assigned

Work Environment

Manufacturing environment with exposure to fiberglass materials, resins, dust, noise, and varying temperatures. Required PPE includes safety glasses, gloves, and respirator equipment as needed.
