Assembly Worker Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Worker to join our team. The Assembly Worker will be responsible for assembling products and components according to specifications, inspecting finished products, and maintaining a safe and organized work area.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble products, parts, and components using hand tools and equipment.
• Follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and production specifications.
• Inspect completed products for quality and accuracy.
• Identify and report defective parts or assembly issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety and production procedures.
• Meet established production and quality standards.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work attitude.
