Utility Laborer (Site Prep & Utility Spotter)

• Job Type: Full-time | Entry-Level to Experienced
• Role Overview: Seeking reliable laborers to handle site preparation, utility potholing/spotting, and general support for our directional drilling crews.
• Key Responsibilities:
• • Pothole and hand-dig to visually locate and expose existing underground utilities before drilling.
  • Assist with job site setup, traffic safety control, material handling, and mixing drill fluids.
  • Maintain clean, safe work areas and assist with site restoration after installations are complete.
• Qualifications:
• • Prior experience in outdoor construction or underground utility work preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions and lift up to 50+ lbs.
  • Safety-first mindset and valid drivers license. (Class A CDL preferred)
