Job Description
Machine Operator / BENDI MHE Operator – 1st Shift
We are seeking an experienced BENDI Machine Operator to join our second-shift warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of recent BENDI operating experience and a current, valid certification. HABLAMOS ESPANOL!
Shift Hours
- 1st Shift: start time can range from 5am 6am 7am 8am or 9am
- Overtime is required based on business needs.
- Candidates must have a flexible schedule and be available to work weekends.
Work Schedule
Employees may be assigned one of the following schedules:
- 4+1 Schedule: Four days during the week plus one weekend day
- 3+2 Schedule: Three days during the week plus Saturday and Sunday
Weekend availability is mandatory and schedules may change based on company needs.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a BENDI forklift to move, load, unload, and store products.
- Retrieve and place materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Perform daily equipment inspections before operating the machine.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
- Maintain accurate inventory and product movement records.
- Report equipment problems, damaged products, or safety concerns immediately.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
- Meet productivity, accuracy, and attendance expectations.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of BENDI operating experience
- Current and valid BENDI/MHE certification
- Ability to successfully complete an equipment skills evaluation
- Flexible availability, including weekends and required overtime
- Ability to work the full shift and overtime depending on company needs
- Strong attendance, reliability, and attention to safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
