Overview
STAFF SOLVE is seeking Production Operators to join a new, highly technical manufacturing department supporting the operation of a new continuous furnace in Hutto, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with manufacturing, production, machine operation, or industrial experience who is interested in learning specialized equipment and building technical skills.
The Production Operator will be trained to safely operate and monitor the furnace process, assist with loading and unloading materials, perform routine production tasks, follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and observe and report equipment performance or process deviations. Operators will play an important role in maintaining safe, clean, and efficient production while helping manufacture high-quality silicon carbide membranes.
Training will be provided to the right candidate. STAFF SOLVE is looking for dependable, safety-minded individuals with strong attention to detail who are willing to learn and follow established procedures.
Schedule & Pay:
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | $20/hour
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | $22/hour
- 12-hour schedule: 3.5 days on / 3.5 days off
- New department supporting a 24/7 continuous production operation
