The Textile Winding Machine Operator plays a vital role in ensuring efficient fabric processing within a large team environment. This bilingual position requires proficiency in both English and Spanish to facilitate clear communication and coordination. The operator is responsible for handling the machine operation during day shifts, performing basic maintenance, and adhering strictly to safety protocols to maintain a high-quality production standard.

Responsibilities

• Operate textile winding machinery efficiently and accurately during day shifts
• Communicate effectively in English and Spanish with team members and supervisors
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and guidelines
• Perform basic upkeep and maintenance on machines to minimize downtime

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in textile manufacturing
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of textile winding, machine operation, and quality control
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Familiarity with safety procedures and attention to detail
