Mechanical Assemblers (Level I, II, III) - 1st Shift - ($20/hr-$28/hr DOE)

EM Assembler Openings - Contract to Hire 

The EM Assembler position is available in West Boylston, MA. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on innovative projects, including the assembly of robotic machines designed to enhance warehouse operations.

Shift of the EM Assembler:
1st Shift: M-F 7:00am-3:30pm

Pay Rate/Salary of the EM Assembler:
$20 to $28 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities of the EM Assembler:

• Work from written instructions that provide detailed methods and sequence of assembly operations using a bill of materials, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings.
• Assemble and fabricate assemblies using company-supplied hand and power tools.
• Assemble electrical panels and electrical boxes.
• Assemble products per assembly process specifications.
• Collaborate with teams ranging from 2-8 people.

Qualifications of the EM Assembler:

• High School diploma or GED with experience; technical school preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, focus, and commitment to quality standards.
• Good communication skills (English), both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Hand/Eye coordination with some mechanical dexterity; exposure to hand tools and power tools is beneficial.
• Familiarity with work instructions and blueprints is a plus.
