About this job
Job Description
Join a rapidly growing manufacturing operation at the forefront of prefabricated electrical buildings and data center infrastructure. This is a hands-on opportunity to put your electrical skills to work building real-world systems that support major, high-demand projects.
You’ll work in a modern manufacturing environment where entire electrical houses, enclosures, and modular buildings are wired, tested, and completed under one roof before being delivered to customers. If you have a residential, light commercial, or HVAC electrical background, your experience can translate directly to this role.
What You'll Do
- Bend and install conduit and pipe; run, pull, and terminate wire
- Install lighting, receptacles, and electrical devices
- Wire prefabricated enclosures and modular buildings to engineering drawings
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and specifications
- Troubleshoot and test electrical equipment and perform I/O checks
- Verify electrical installations meet applicable codes and UL/CE requirements
- Maintain accurate work, preventative maintenance, and activity records
- Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
What We're Looking For
Must have:
- 3+ years of electrician experience
- Strong conduit/pipe bending and wire-pulling skills
- Comfortable working from ladders throughout the day
- Ability to read electrical drawings and symbols
- Proficiency with electrical hand tools and testing equipment
- Working knowledge of electrical codes and safety practices
- Knowledge of Arc-Flash and LOTO procedures
Great backgrounds include: residential electricians, light commercial electricians, new-construction electricians, and HVAC electricians. Industrial or enclosure experience is a plus, but not required.
Why This Opportunity?
- Work on large-scaleprojects
- Hands-on electrical work—not primarily control-panel assembly
- Opportunity to grow with a business experiencing significant expansion
- Work on projects supporting some of the biggest technology companies in the world
- Fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment
Schedule flexibility is important: mandatory overtime, including evenings or weekends, may be required during peak production periods.
Physical requirements: This is an active shop-floor position involving prolonged standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, ladder work, and exposure to typical manufacturing noise and debris. Safety glasses and steel-toed shoes are required.
Schedule: Full-time, onsite, 1st shift
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (6 months)
