RNS LPNS

We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide compassionate home care for a patient in Lakewood, NJ. Shifts are available from 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm with flexible employment arrangements including per diem, part-time, and full-time hours. The role emphasizes direct patient care through team collaboration in a supportive home care environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in a home setting
• Administer medications accurately and safely
• Document patient care and treatments thoroughly
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) diploma or degree
• Current LPN or RN license in good standing
