Trusts & Estates Attorney — Confidential Opportunity

Responsibilities will include meeting with clients and prospective clients, preparing and reviewing estate planning documents, assisting with the implementation of estate plans, and communicating with clients throughout the planning process.

We are looking for someone who is a strong team player, highly organized, able to work independently, and comfortable communicating directly with clients. The firm provides ample training and ongoing professional development and support.

  • J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school;
  • Active Arizona Bar membership and good standing;
  • 2+ years of attorney experience;

  • Excellent drafting, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills;
  • A collaborative and professional approach to working with attorneys, staff, and clients; and
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
