Employment Solutions is hiring Entry-Level Assembly Technicians for a manufacturing facility in Bolton, CT. This position offers hands-on training and is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in production and assembly.

• Assemble small electro-mechanical components
• Operate winding machines and perform hand assembly tasks
• Conduct basic visual and quality inspections
• Follow detailed work instructions using an iPad or digital system
• Ensure products meet required quality and production standards

• Ability to work with small components in a hands-on environment

• Must be 18+ years old
• Must be a U.S. Person (ITAR requirement)
